The Center for Community and Family Services (CCFS) has been serving low-income families since 1969. Our services include early childhood development, housing, nutrition and job training.

CCFS affects the lives of more than 10,000 families every day. Our services provide early childhood education to 1,183 children and their families through the Pasadena, Altadena, Glendale Head Start Program. We serve more than 9,000 children and their families through our Child Development Programs in South Bay- Los Angeles and the west San Gabriel Valley.

CCFS helps parents develop strategies to return to school, find employment or locate housing, while entrusting their children to one of our pre-schools and home-based child care sites.

Through our Community Action Agency, we strive to integrate our education, housing, nutrition and job training programs in order to make them available to each family we serve.

Our mission is to support self-sufficiency for individuals and families and to help build sustainable communities.

You can find more information about CCFS, its programs, activities and how you can participate by clicking on the menu items.
