CCFS Affordable Housing

CCFS owns and operates 78 units of affordable housing in Northwest Pasadena.  We provide affordable housing to over 360 families.  The initial qualification of an applicant is based upon income, and an individual has to be 62 years of age or over, handicapped or disabled, or a person or family with disabilities.  The monthly rental amount is 30% of the household's monthly income. Utilities are included in the rental amount for 64 of our units.  The Department of Housing and Urban Development subsidizes the remaining 70%.  Vacancies are filled from a Federal mandated waiting list, which is currently closed and has over 300 applicants.
